Elibrium is introducing a new educational program for adults – “Manage Your Time.” This is a hands-on course that will help you stop complaining about the lack of hours and start building your life more consciously and productively.
What makes this program valuable?
Today, success in any field depends directly on how effectively we allocate our time. The program doesn’t just give you theoretical knowledge – it equips you with practical tools that you can immediately apply to your work, study, and personal tasks.
Who is this course for?
Everyone over 18 is welcome, regardless of educational background. The course will be especially beneficial for those who:
-
often miss deadlines or arrive late;
-
spend too much time on secondary tasks;
-
feel constant fatigue and overload;
-
want to achieve more with less effort.
Course content
The course runs for 8 weeks (18 academic hours) and includes 8 sequential lessons. You will learn:
-
how to treat time as personal capital;
-
how to set goals that really work (SMART method);
-
how to plan your day, week, and month in a format that suits you;
-
how to distinguish the important from the urgent using the Eisenhower matrix;
-
how to deal with distractions and procrastination;
-
how to maintain balance between study, work, rest, and family;
-
which self‑organisation tools (lists, calendars, planners) are right for you;
-
how to combine everything into a personal plan for effective time use.
How do the classes work?
The course is delivered in‑person – so you will interact with the instructor and other participants face‑to‑face. Each session combines a lecture with active practice:
-
you will track your daily activities and find your “time thieves”;
-
you will evaluate different areas of your life using the “Wheel of Balance” and identify growth points;
-
you will analyse real‑life cases, prioritise tasks, and create plans in different styles (fixed, flexible, combined);
-
you will receive feedback from the teacher and discuss your results with the group.
Final assessment
At the end of the course, you will take a test. To receive a certificate, you must answer at least 80% of the questions correctly. The certificate is issued in the form established by the organisation.
When does it start?
Groups are formed as enrolments come in. Classes are held once a week. Start dates are confirmed upon registration.
